Today, I oversee the core engine of the trading floor. My focus is on the mechanics that most traders never see: liquidity, execution flow, and risk management. While many see trading as just clicking a button, I see the market shifting gears. My goal is to bridge the gap between institutional dealing and the retail experience, making sure the conditions are optimised for the person on the other side of the screen.
Beyond the infrastructure, I am a self-confessed Technical Analysis Evangelist. I don’t just teach this stuff; I still trade and invest in my personal capacity every single day. Whether it’s dissecting price action or debating a complex chart pattern, I believe that understanding the 'why' behind the move is what turns a rookie into a veteran.
